The Great Success of Lululemon

When they first opened, it has been amazing and they have really good products. As the company saw Lululemon is a success, they had to bring out new products for the customers to purchase.
For example, some products that Lululemon offers are:
·         Jackets
·         Hoodies
·         Tanks, tops
·         Pants, shorts, dresses
·         Hand wear
·         Crops                                                                    
·         Bags
·         Yoga mats

In June and July their stock market was $22, and since then it went up. Now it is $78. Lululemon is a really big success and it will be the next growth globally.

The Staff of Lululemon

Lululemon’s staff is excited that the company is a global growth. It is recommended that customers and employees take the landmark education course, to have the experience and a general knowledge of the company and what is expected. It is a good experience of how they can change the quality of people’s lives and atmosphere. Lululemon’s designs have to be current for the markets around the world.
The CEO of Lululemon Robert Meers likes the corporate culture. He believes that a healthy lifestyle, fitness and exercise are needed physically and mentally. Lululemon is a store for people to come and buy the equipment they need when they exercise. Lululemon’s staff is always their and willing to help. The staff is available to get what the customers need and their available to teach them yoga.  
The managers of Lululemon play a big role as well. They have the authority to teach yoga and get free products. They only get free products if they get as many customers as possible and if they get really good feedback.

Lululemon believes in promoting everyone with a healthy and active lifestyle. It takes consideration in their employees’ goals and encourages employees to open up to them. The employees are aware about their responsibilities and pride in their workplace environment.

Everyone that’s in the Lululemon team must work for at least eight hours. It shows that each employee is working hard, every time they have a shift. Feedback is important for every company, and Lululemon goes to the extreme to get their feedback. They come up with new products and find ways to keep their customers happy. If the company goes world wide, then they would need to make new products that’s different and fits the climates and cultures.

Lululemon created a new product which is a Silverescent line. It’s made of silver thread, the technology they use, is used in hospitals. Wilson said “Bacteria bind to the silver – and there is no stink.” This makes the clothing antibacterial and scent free. They have been trying to bring new ideas out and a few are materials like soy, hemp, bamboo and organic cotton.
The yoga gear was only specialized by Lululemon in 1998. But after that, other companies started offering yoga wear. For example: Nike, Under Armour, Adidas, Stella McCartney, Victoria’s Secret, American Eagle, Omgirl, Mari Dade, and Carushka Body wear, plus small players like Lotus wear, whose designs mimic Lululemon but sell at a portion of the value.
Lululemon doesn’t worry about the other yoga wear that is being sold in other companies, because their effectively following its own method. The company always designs their own products and sells almost all of them through its individual shops.
The centre’s for Lululemon are for limited groups, enlisting well-liked yoga teachers as “ambassadors” and hosting lessons and further events.

Lululemon was created by Denis “Chip” Wilson. He used to go to yoga classes in 1998, in Vancouver and British Columba. The yoga wear is made out of cotton-polyester. At first when Wilson tried the products, it felt inappropriate and ill-fitting. As he kept wearing it, everything he did felt comfortable, when he surfed and snowboarded. After all of that he opened a design studio and it became a success. Lululemon got really good feedback on the company and their products.
After a few years, Wilson and his developers designed Luon 86% nylon and 14% Lycra (Spandex). As many times you would wash the clothing the shape and colour will stay the same. None of their products would be disappointing, because they all come fitted. In Lululemon you will find flat seams, tear-out labels, thumb holes on the sleeves, key and credit pockets are other nifty innovations.
Wilson didn’t create the company only because of the sale of products; he created health and wellness for his employees, clients and the community. The company also has a yoga program, the classes are held at least twice a week. The employees are trained like professionals, because there the ones that do the classes.
Wilson wanted to open only one store, but as he saw the store Lululemon is a big success the company expanded even more. The store opened everywhere in Canada, United States, Australia and Hong Kong.
Lululemon has gotten a lot of good feedback, and is one of the biggest companies and should be world wide.
